  Third vehicle i have bought here. Each time the purchase has gone better than the last. No pressure sales and the saleslady actually listens to what you tell her and comes back with the best options for you. I cam in to look at a 2015 and ended up leaving with 2017 and they kept it within my numbers i was happy with.

  My experience with Ram Country Mineral Wells was a great one. I highly recommend getting your next vehicle here. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. I felt very welcome. They have a great selection of vehicles to fit you into your family's next purchase! I had a great experience with the Service team as well. They are very friendly and professional. Great experience.   Truly enjoyed working with Morgan when purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee. She and Eddie were super friendly. Actually, everyone we came face to face with was super friendly!   Greats customer service, with an especially great leadership by Joel Perez. This business has given my 80year old grandmother her freedom. Having bought a beautiful vehicle from this dealer she can now travel to see family, attend Dr appointments, and go enjoy her weekends at the casino without having to fear if her vehicle will starts or have troubles. Thank you all sooooo much! It is a blessing to see someone who is 80 be so young, wild and free! ❤❤❤❤

  I first visited this location 3 weeks ago. I met Maritza and we instantly hit it off. I was not ready to purchase a vehicle then but I took her number down so when I was ready, I would call her. After shopping around at another dealership and receiving TERRIBLE customer service, we decided to go back to Ram Country. The minute we pulled into the parking lot, a Jeep Renegade caught my eye and I had to have it. After test driving it, I definitely had to have it! The ENTIRE staff at Ram Country were so courteous and helpful. The car buying experience is unlike anything I've ever experienced. They had us laughing from the moment we walked in. You feel like you are amongst family. They truly went above and beyond for us and not only did I get a vehicle, I also made new friends.

  I really appreciate you guys staying late and making sure we were able to drive away the same day with a truck. I highly recommend the Ram house in Mineralwells Texas. We had a lady salesman her name is Tina. She didn't try to push us into buying she is very caring and understanding as to what we wanted and what we were looking for. She was quick to answer any questions we had and if she wasnt sure the answer she found out for us. She explained things so we could understand. Thank you Tina Hunnicutt

  I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in September of 2018 from this dealership & since then the car has been in the shop more times than I can count. My transmission started slipping around 2,000 miles and shifts so hard that I actually thought I was rear ended once while driving 70 mph in Dallas traffic. This car continues to put my family's safety at risk. I most recently took the car in due to the motor making a strange noise. They had my car for two weeks before calling to tell me that they dont know what's wrong with it and to come pick it up and continue to drive it to see if the car gets worst. This is unacceptable. Instead of trying to fix the issue the dealership has tried to sell me a new car numerous times. The GM has continuously avoided speaking to me about the situation and is conveniently always in a meeting. I have never received such bad customer service in my life. Stay far away from Ram Country of Mineral Wells.
