  Always done good work. I wish Honda would stop using Hankook tires. They are terrible. Made my CRV sound like a tank. Replace them with Yokohama.

  Ever since I purchased my CR-V, new in 2016, from Ralph Honda, I've been more than satisfied with their service. Whenever I've had a problem, or just for routine maintenance, the service department is the best. Online reservations are convenient. The service waiting area is bright and cheerful with TV and complimentary coffee and snacks. The people at Ralph all make me feel like part of the family.

  While I was only in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was treated just as wonderfully as always! It was very clear that Ralph's was taking my safety in to consideration by the safety protocol that was used during this pandemic. I wore my face mask, as did all the Ralph employees. Chairs in waiting area were distanced and cleaning options were offered. Steve, Patrick, and all the team always make me feel welcome!
