  I had wonderful experience with Radius team (led by Stevan) who has provided exceptionally smooth & pleasant entire loan process. They also exceed my expectations in, for me, three most important customer-service metrics: transparency, responsiveness, and supportiveness. Radius team was extremely transparent and open since day one. They have provided me with an easy-to-follow and easy-to-understand itemized cost sheet that contains properly clustered estimated costs that each buyer should expect. The radius team was supportive in explaining the origin and purpose of each cost item and very transparent in letting me know what of these items can be (slightly) changed at the closing. Radius team has timely provided me with all necessary documentation (that needed to be reviewed & signed) and promptly and professionally responded to all my queries and questions. Overall, radius team has done excellent job in providing with the professional service. Radius group has truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to all new homebuyers.

  Working with my loan officer Cindy Gomez to refinance our home was such a great experience! She was always communicating to me where we were in the process and what to expect next. She took her time to explain various options for me and always made me feel like i was a top priority client!
