  Wish I could give them 0 stars. I’ve had this account 8 months. Had to file a dispute because a car rental company debited my account without authorization for over $200. Explained to Radius that there was no receipt that showed the correct amount I should have been charged because I shouldn’t have been charged anything. In addition to that, I was in the rental for a month and had extended it week by week over the phone. And the rental company never sent me receipts other than the receipt from the first week I rented the car. Let them know that. They said they would let me know if they needed anything else. Then I received a letter in mail saying they denied dispute bc I didn’t provide documentation (obviously since it didn’t exist!). I emailed them and explained that. Didn’t hear anything back right away & was dealing with some health issues. Then on 12/1 I was going thru my email and came across an email from Radius again requesting the receipt. And the email stated that they would reopen the dispute when I sent it in. The email was dated 10/15. I emailed them back immediately, again telling them that there was NO receipt with the correct amount bc the extension was over the phone. But I went ahead and attached the initial rental agreement. I got an email back the next day stating they would review the info and contact me in 1-2 days. Heard nothing. So I called this week and was told the dispute was denied bc I didn’t provide the receipt within 45 days (the emails were actually 47 days apart bc I never saw their email). However, there was nothing in the email stating that I had 45 days to send them the receipt. And once again, the documentation they requested doesn’t exist...I just sent them the initial agreement thinking they would review it and realize that it had nothing to do with the dispute. Soooo....all this to say that I would not recommend them. It doesn’t matter to them if funds are withdrawn from your account without authorization. The lack of communication and professionalism in regards to this bank and their relationships with their customers is unbelievable. And the lack of caring and willingness to help find a mutually beneficial solution when there is an issue is tragic.

  Tried to close my account and they didn't, then charged me an business account fee which put it into overdraft, then daily overdraft fees for a month, then told me I had to pay them or they won't close it. It should be illegal. I'll even go so far as to use the word scammers.

  Rewards checking I love the Radius rewards checking account! It's so convenient, and you can open the account right from your house in minutes. Also getting paid 2 days early is so nice. I highly recommend this account to anyone who likes getting their money quicker.

  Recently opened a new Radius Bank account & I was so impressed with my experience that wanted to share. From the simplicity of start to finish, the high tech tools Radius uses & has available, like the mobile app/wallet to the best customer service that would put my local home town Bank in Michigan to shame. Yaritza (phone line customer service) & Alexander (via web chat) made me feel like a VIP. I am looking forward to getting my free, yes free starter checks & my debit Mastercard soon in the mail.   While Radius Bank claims initially to be tech and internet friendly, they do not notify you in any of the ways that they tout if there is an issue. I was unware that my account was negative until one of their "outside vendors" notified me, over the weekend, that there was unauthorized activity. I was told to call on Monday, I did. I followed the customer service representative's instructions and I was told to call back on Wednesday to confirm the transfer. On Wednesday the account was closed and no one had any information or reason as to why I was given the wrong information on Monday. Complete lack of responsibility and bad training.

  Had a terrible experience with them. Throws an account with a couple hundred thousand dollars and didn’t do the minimum to help get out the money. They will promise you rates and not standby at all. This company is run by a bunch of scammers

  Started using Radius Bank September 2019. Easy to setup and manage. I like being able to easily deposit checks using my phone and being able to transfer money when needed. 👍

  If ZERO stars were an option this is how I would rate Radius Bank. Absolutely no customer support exits. They don't pick up the phone or answer secure messages from their software portal. I rate Radius Bank 0 out of 10, they are that bad .

  They are an excellent bank. I chose Radius because of their history, commitment, rebates and interest. Little rough in the beginning getting used to the time change and posting time since I am in Nevada, but since the honeymoon we have had a rock solid marriage. Highly recommend.

  Travel the world and don't pay fees. We took a year off to travel the US, Europe, and South America. We were able to save hundreds of dollars on ATM fees alone. The team at Radius initially contacted us as we're weren't in the region they expected, but after we gave them our itinerary everything was smooth.
