  I had business with Radiant Credit Union in Live Oak Florida. Everyone was nice, friendly, and wonderful to work with. I would recommend working with the employees in this branch office to anyone who has banking needs in the area.

  Worked with one person the whole refinance process. That was awesome and communication was prompt and consistent. To top it all off, I got my interest rate halved when I refied with them. Couldn't have been less of a hassle.

  Applied for a smal loan was approved quickly without all the drama that large globalist banks make you go thru. Customer service was excellent!

  I personally have been banking at Radiant since it was Sunstate CU and have nothing but great things to say about them. They just recently opened the branch in Live Oak which has become their rural members main branch. I brought my friend in today to open his business bank account with them because I’ve had such a great experience. Can’t brag on Danielle and Melinda enough!! They were happy to help us and made the process fast and easy! Take it from me, I’m bringing my friends to become members here because they’ve treated me so well. The best local credit union/bank with rewards and incentives for members! Highly Recommend!!!

  The teller’s at the Live Oak, FL branch are amazing! They are always smiling, helpful and willing to educate you on all of the new products or offers that are going on at the time of your visit!

  My first experience with Radiant was just last week. Levi assisted my brother and I and we were very pleased. Levi made us feel valued as new members and he has been so helpful getting this new account established. I highly recommend this great credit union.

  I was expecting much better, plus the website is not uop tp date and doed not work foer gtting an account online. The interesr rates are lower than my other banking. People are great, but that does not maker up for the rest I would not use them if if was for a long period of time, I just needed a bank for a short time then going back to only having online banking
