  I work with First Federal both professionally and personally. The local staff is always eager to take care of your needs and help every way they can. I needed help on the corp side with business credit cards. The staff walked me through every step with patience and helped me learn a process new to me. The customer service staff and teller staff are always kind and efficient. Would highly recommend for all your banking needs

  Went by the deposit ATM no problems there. They're always good about having the machine stocked and working. It helps it be very convenient. First Federal has also helped against fraudulent charges I would advise or recommend banking with first Federal to anyone.

  It is always a wonderful experience at this location. Mrs. Pam Cochran is usually the one I deal with, and she is extremely helpful. She takes care of all of our business accounts and we have never been anything less than pleased. There has yet to be a task in which she wasn’t able to complete or assist with. I highly recommend using this location and First Federal!

  I have banked with First Federal for over 30 years both personally and with our business. Always have had good experiences. If I have a question their staff is always quick to get back with an answer. Thanks to Pam and Shelby that went over and beyond to help me solve a question about an app that I was trying to use. Thanks again to all the excellent staff.

  FFB mobile banking app working fine until a month ago. The ability to make a mobile deposit has disappeared from the app. I called customer service and was told mobile deposit function is at the bottom of the app. It is not there. When I reinstalled app, got a message that there was an error and instructed me to call. Maybe time to find a new bank.

The app is a tool designed to make banking easier and is regularly upgraded to add new features and enhance security. We strive to support the wide array of systems and devices. From time to time, updates may not be compatible with older devices or additional upgrades may be needed as device IOS updates are made.
