  Rachel Poll and her team were amazing. They worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed before underwriting, to ensure there were no hiccups. Rachel was super friendly and very knowledgeable about our situation, and constantly kept us feeling positive and happy. She went out of her way to help us do what we needed to do so we could get everything we wanted. She also kept a close eye on numbers and rates to make sure we were getting g the best rates and saving the most money possible.   Rachel and Intercap were very helpful in our home refinance. We got a rock-bottom rate (compared to other lenders) and the process was quick and painless. The time between locking the rate and funding the new mortgage was about three weeks. Through the whole process, Rachel was knowledgeable, patient, efficient and extremely helpful, even when I had to delay our closing (at the last minute) by a few days. I highly recommend Rachel and Intercap.
