  Dustin became our agent last month and we are very happy with the customer care he has given us. He worked so hard to get us the absolute lowest price and I love how he communicates through text message. I want to tell other insurance companies, get with the times, contact people that way 😁. Anyways - synopsis: great service, low prices and Dustin rocks.

  Just needed to transfer insurance from 1 car to another. Walked up to door. Door locked. Oh no u need an appointment. What? .there is nobody here. Oh no got to make appointment. Got home. Called. Oh yes we can do that over phone. ,got home. Called. Got. Stuff transferred. Printer don't work. So back to office so they can give me INS doc. Why. In the world couldn't they do that there???????

  Hi Randy- I do apologize for your experience today. We are trying to limit our face to face interaction best we can to keep our community and team members healthy. Thankfully transferring from one car to another is something we can do relatively easily over the phone, but I do understand you needing the proof of insurance right away and without a printer or access to a fax machine that is harder to do.
