Rachael K. Tharp - Mortgage Loan Officer - Tri City National Bank Reviews

Suzanne5I was really nervous and "lost" in trying to figure out how to refinance my home, but Rachael Tharp, was/is 100% knowledgeable, honest, caring, kind, down-to-earth (easy to talk to), and an absolute "magician" with calculating the numbers for me in order to get the best refinance offer (7 months later, & everything continues to be perfect.). She far exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend her to everyone, and anyone trying to buy a house, or refinance the one they're in. The branch manager, Mr. Doughtery has done an awesome job in overseeing the most trustworthy banking associates that I've ever worked with.

T Nielsen1Business account support is extremely difficult - even for a simple password reset for online access! The business account call center support hours are M-F 9 am -6 pm CST. Even when physically walking into a branch on a Saturday, there was no support for business accounts. Not a great model for small businesses, who like individuals, need weekend and evening support. Frustrating!!!

Christine Jensen5Before entering the bank, I wasn't exactly sure how to go about sending a wire to my agent located out-of-state. Upon entering, a staff member greeted me and showed me the person who could assist me. From then on staff members worked as a team. I was assisted in a timely fashion. Great customer service!

Kathleen Sayles5I went to my branch of TCNB because I had to reset my password. Annette helped me with this and she took a lot of time out of her day to accomplish this. She and her coworkers were very helpful and within an hour I was able to log into my account. The people who work at this branch are always very helpful and courteous. I have been with this branch since 1986 and will continue to be a very happy customer of theirs.

Bonnie Kotlewski5My husband and I had many great experiences with Shawn Dougherty at Tri City National Bank at 2555 W. Ryan Road in Oak Creek, WI!! He helped us refinance our home to a lower rate and he guided us on how to consolidate some credit cards!! What is so nice about Shawn is how patient he was with our many emails and phone calls. He answers all of our questions and makes us feel important. It is do nice to do business face-to-face when making big fjnancial decisions. Shawn feels like family now!! I am so glad we have someone we can trust for future banking decisions!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Amanda Anderson5I recently went to Tri City at 2555 W. Ryan Rd. I applied for a checking and saving account. Upon entering, I was welcomed by Ellison, Josh and the rest of the team. I was told every detail about my new account, so I would not have any guess work later! I was showed a list of fees and offered $25 checks. I was told how to build on my credit so I can later apply for a car loan. I love Tri City. I am so happy to be banking with this location.

Nigel Burgess5This is a really Great location. Everyone was totally friendly and very knowledgeable about all of my concerns. I will recommend this to all of my closest friends and associates. I originally spoke with Justina and Vanessa at the South Milwaukee. Then I worked with Ellison Burch at the Ryan Rd location.
