Angelica Davis1When they did their system update I got no warning and they stopped use of my debit card! Branches were all closed for 5 days as was online banking, I’m a single mom and I was not able to access any of my money for 5 days. When upgrade was done I found that someone in China was using my debit card. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for my new debit card!! Go to the drive thru and wait for 40 mins to access my own money!!! 😡

Craig Davis1I'm very disappointed in the direction Landmark is going with regard to customer service. When I opened my accounts at Landmark, it was because of the convenience and service oriented atmosphere that they offered as well as the good feeling I get when supporting my local credit union. I work for a living, so I need my financial institution to offer flexible hours near me. Up until last year, I had the ability to visit a branch in the evening hours and longer hours on weekends at the Franklin location. When they moved that branch from Pick n Save to a standalone location, I lost that flexibility. That is incredibly limiting to me. Driving to West Bend or Watertown to make use of their extended hours isn't a realistic option since I live in Oak Creek. Now the only ways I can visit a branch are if I take a day off of work or on Saturday morning - when everyone else like me needs to visit. I'm tired of the long lines and the general feeling of disinterest from the tellers at the Oak Creek branch as they wait out the clock until their shift is over. Today was the last straw, though. I left work early to come deposit my overflowing change jar into my account, arriving at 12:47pm. I knew the branch lobby was open until 1pm, so I was happy to arrive in time to make my deposit. When I walked up to the change counter, I saw a sign that showed separate hours for that counter, indicating that IT closes at 12:45pm. This is not customer friendly, not in keeping with the listed hours for the lobby and, frankly, I'm done with it. My next visit will not be to make a deposit, it will be my final withdrawal. I'm not going to continue to support my local credit union if they clearly don't give a damn about me.

Nikki Sunn1I have to wait 30 minutes or more everytime I use the drive thru. Very slow!! They need 4 tellers there if they have 4 lines open. They also seem to have an old system. Everytime I make a deposit with cashback, it’s two transactions instead of one. Too time consuming.

Joel Potter5Great credit union! The manager Nate is awesome! They helped me secure a line of credit that I needed to fix my roof and also use it for other purposes. I would recommend Nate and this location to anyone in the area looking for great products and services.

A. Mikaelian1Not sure what is going on with drive thru last few months, but waiting in line for over 30 minutes is unacceptable. Drive thru is to be quick and convenient.

jaimie warschkow1Was not a happy camper last Friday. Went to get cash from the atm only to find out it's not working properly. Had to go inside and wait in line. Normally this wouldn't be an issue understanding that it's friday, but 3 tellers on duty and 2 of them were engaged with customers which took forever. The guy in front of me left after waiting in front line for a least 10 minutes. Who knows how long he waited for before he got to the front. I wanted to follow him but didn't. If tellers are to be engaged for that long I would expect some assistance from within management. Yes management. Where the hell was management when an unnecessary long line with plenty of grumbling customers had to suffer through that bullshit. I guess the ones sitting at their desk were too good to lend a hand. Total bullshit. If this can't be resolved, my money as well as others standing in line for a ridiculous amount of time, will be moved out of your establishment. Nuff said.

Henry Gumowski1Lobby is closed right now, so to make a mortgage payment, plan on sitting in the drive thru AT LEAST 30 min. 2 months ago it took a hour and 15 minutes just to make a payment.
Response from the ownerThank you for your feedback. Due to the closure of branch lobbies during the COVID-19 pandemic, drive-thru use and wait times have increased. All lanes at the Oak Creek branch have been open and manned by a teller at all times. Unfortunately, there is no way to control the traffic. However, we offer several alternative methods to conduct business that do not require visiting the branch, including remote deposit capture, online banking and telephone banking. In addition, deposits and payments can be placed in the night depository. We apologize for your inconvenience and are always looking for ways to better serve our members.
