  I am always happy with the services at R Bank. Jenny, Cassie, and Kimberly are all very friendly and happy to help me each week. Travis has been wonderful to work with as well. R Bank definitely offers that local small town feeling you want from your bank!

  I moved to TX in 2016 from Colorado and was looking for a local bank that would work with me on different real estate projects. I was given Travis Perthuis' contact info and from there, I've continued to be amazed by their service and commitment to their customers. Travis has done a number of commercial loans for me, and now Katie Woods is doing a personal loan. Katie even closed a loan for me on a Sunday before I had to go out of town. Each have gone extremely smooth. The communication is amazing. Not to mention that Dianne and Jenny at the G'town branch are so nice and helpful ever time I walk in. I can't say enough about this bank, and the people that work there. Thank you all so much!

  Although service and professionalism from Jenny is great - their business account set up and requirements were not what we expected. Business accounts are not "free" if you do not maintain a specific balance. And for a small business starting out, this can be a problem. We will be changing banks.

  Wanted a bank extremely close to home; & though I'm sadly the type person who sometimes treats a checking account or ACH draft setup as a "short-term loan", they have worked with me & covered a daughter's music lesson withdrawal a couple times; even as a new account holder. The staff always recalls my name, I don't have drag out the driver license; good communication if anything goes wrong...What you want in your local bank.

  As a home builder they are by far the best bank to work with for an interim construction loan. I am very happy with Rodney, Jennifer, and Steven. Highly recommend.
