  Israel was highly recommended by our realtor, and he exceeded expectations in helping us navigate a complicated and protracted new home construction purchase. He worked tirelessly over 11 months and always made himself available on short notice to answer questions. He was instrumental in securing a low interest rate and keeping our closing on track, despite various challenges. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and a man of integrity. Our closing date happened to coincide with what I suspect was a long overdue vacation for Israel’s family, and he was available on vacation to address a last minute issue and save our closing on the date before our rate lock was set to expire. My words are insufficient to convey what a truly outstanding job Israel did for us. I highly recommend Israel to anyone looking for a mortgage lender in Central Texas.

  My family has been working with Israel for several years on a total of 5 mortgages. We would never consider working with anyone else. He has a wealth of industry knowledge and able to navigate through every scenario. He’s professional, personable, patient, responsive, and kind. On several occasions we’ve had to reach out to Israel late on a weekend to provide documents and he’s always met our needs. Highly recommend Israel for all your mortgage needs.

  Reached out to R Mortgage when our first lender didn't meet our standards. Israel was immediately willing to work with us and start the mortgage application the same day. Though our timeline was shorter than a typical house hunting/close period, his team went above and beyond to ensure the application and approval process went as quick and smoothly as possible. Really great communication and available to answer questions when applicable. Would definitely recommend this team for anyone looking to buy in Central Texas!

  We found Israel at RMortgage through our realtor, and WOW were we lucky! I currently live in CA and needed a lender in Texas as we were buying our first investment property. From the moment I first talked to Israel, I knew I wanted him to process our loan as he was extremely professional, honest, informative, and patient. Oh, and of course he was able to get great rates. Throughout the loan process, Israel and Mike always got back to me right away to answer all my questions. The process has been extremely smooth (especially living out-of-State) and we even had the option to close early because they were fast and thorough.   Israel is amazing. I have never seen anyone work so hard to get such a quick turn around on a loan. Seller's agent was pushing for a lot quicker turn around and Israel did it....so we were all happy. Would highly recommend him !!

  I would highly recommend Israel and his team at RMortgage. During the process of buying our home, Israel was always available to answer any questions and always returned my phone calls or emails in a timely manner. He watch the stock market to make sure I was able to get the best financing options available to help save me money. Even after the closing of our house, he has been available for questions. I personally would give his team 10 stars if I could.

  Israel of R Mortgage is a rock star! When we were searching for our new home I was referred to Israel so I gave him a call. During our initial call he spent an hour or better explaining the the lending process. It was at that point I realized I had the right guy for the job. Fast forward to the loan process. We were given a very tight deadline amidst Covid-19 but that did not phase Israel. Midway through the process with less than two weeks from closing we had to do some restructuring. Not only did Israel explain all of the steps involved, he completed everything without any closing delays. I can't say enough great things about how he handles his business and clients. Top notch. Best of the Best. No reason to read anymore reviews for mortgage lenders because Israel is as good as it gets!
