  Asked for my information to be faxed to the E.Brainerd location and Paula gave them all these excuses like I was such a horrible customer and did want to send them my info. It’s more convenient for me to have my loan close to me in the event of something should happened. I find that very foul, and not manager like. I can see if I was never on time always had payment issues. My car was stolen last year and kinda threw my finances off. I offered police reports and everything else I had to help secure my relationship with them. They told the new branch things like my application was a mess- (which was done back in 2014 or 2015 and she wasn’t even there), my payments were late-(they were not , I doubled up on my payments and told them I had to do so in order to keep them paid because my car was stolen) they never told me i had the option to pay monthly to prevent late charges.. I’ve never had a problem with them until she became manager!!!!
