  I cannot say enough about the Hartsville office. I recently had a tragic event in my family. My brother was on life support 700 miles away in CT. I really did not have the money to travel and stay for days if needed. I contacted the office and Alex started the process and Kristen took over when he was out. She did everything to help me and facilitate the process and extend me the credit needed on my existing loan to get to my brother. I will never forget what they did. Sadly my brother passed but kindness is priceless. When a business acts like a friend is invaluable. I can only say that they were there for me when I needed it most. Thank you Kristen for your one day and done assistance as it would have crushed me not to get to his side. May God bless and keep you always. Laura
