  I've had a great experience banking with them since they were Safeway Credit Union. However, trying to use their online services usually get me locked out of my account info. And updating info is nearly impossible online.

A recent increase in online fraud attempts has resulted in our making some necessary changes to security settings for access to QCU accounts and personal/contact info. online – we understand these types of changes can be frustrating to adapt to, and hope it does gives some peace of mind to know we do make updates to our systems that protect our members from unauthorized access.   It must be very tough to have the credit union open right now I have always liked this Credit Union ... They have a small town feel about them I am not sure 100% on the service I have had a relative or two that have used their services I am just local resident that feels sympathy for all of the downtown businesses affected by the construction.... Beware if you are near the credit union do not use the bath in which you are directed by the qualstar credit Union ATM the sidewalk is pulling from the wall foundation.... This ditch that was dug is over 20 ft deep from what I am told... and it is a lot more than was anticipated... Be safe

  During this Covid-19 crisis, I've not been able to work nor have I received unemployment yet. I have have bills that automatically comes out of my account. Even when there's no funds available QCU pushes the payment through. I now have 20! Overdraft charges on my account! I thought they would ease up on the charges since I'm not working.

  Yvonne was a miracle worker. She gave me a a personal loan for a debt consolidation. I never thought that was possible. Interest rates for my credit cards ranged from 23% to 36%. My debt consolidation loan is 12.99%. I will be saving over $500 a month. I am so grateful and will now have peace of mind. She was amazing.

  Applied to open a basic checking account over the internet. Received a letter stating I was being denied a simple bank account because of my "misuse of credit" as determined through a credit check. I have no clue were they came up with this since my credit is just fine and I'm baffled by who authorized them to run a credit check because it wasn't in their application disclosure. And what bank runs a credit check to open a basic account? With hundreds of banks at the public's disposal they seem to care less for new business.

  The ATM machine is fantastic! Fee free withdrawals because they are member of the credit union Co-op. Come for the cash, stay for the receipt!

  If you want a branch thats hard to find and achieves incorrect transactions and unfriendly faces. This is the branch for you. I moved down here recently and thought id give this banch a go. Boy was i wrong. They messed up my account. And than when i went to fix it i was met with rude people. You would have a better experiance if you just headed to another branch. Like the kent one.

  Usually okay, 95% of the time I use the ATM but when I do talk to a teller they are nice enough.

  Good people and helpful.... One of the only credit unions that I've sound that only accept Visa.
