  My husband has purchased anything from tools, fishing rods to ammo and guns there. Last year he’d been looking everywhere for this old reel style mower, it makes your yard look basically look like a putting green. New they run well over a grand, and I wasn’t on board with that since he already has a great newer lawn mower. Well needless to say he was beyond stoked to find one there at Bens! My yard has actually never looked better. The staff has been super helpful every time we’ve gone too.

  I don't think I would go here again. I sold them our weed eater, then a antique surveying Instrument of my grandfather fosters and they gave us 40$. I wouldn't have taken it but we got evicted and needed the money to get Hotel room I lost my ID and debit cards. I don't like to feel like I am being taken advantage off. Oh and also we actually ended up there because we didn't have ID only a passport and I had called the night before to see if they would take are silver milt and if a passport was an acceptable form of ID and they said they would to both, but they actully they wouldn't take the silver so really it was just a waste of time. The place they sent us to also didn't take it so now we are rushing to the other place that was a long drive trying to make it by 7. My dad Jeff use to be the maintenance supervisor at cascades shopping center he past away right after my grandpa from cancer. I use to go into this store with him when I was a kid, but it wasn't the way I remembered it, but I have been finding that nothing really is.

  I have gotten a loan from them 1 time previously. Customer service was awesome and easy to deal with. The only problem is the response time on questions over google search directory isnt fast so it makes it hard to get to the store on time if they do end up answering!

  They do amazing work on jewelry repair and sizing!!! And at an unexpected reasonable price, and a quick turnaround time. 5 star recommendation!!!

  The guy at the gun counter badmouthed me for being MIXED RACE! He saw it on my gun background check form and said it was just the stupidest thing and even mentioned another customer (some girl) who also put that on her background check form and it wa just so stupid. I had just bought a gun from them (already paid) and I was looking at accessories so the guy didn't realize I could still hear him. It totally ruined the whole experience at that store. I won't be visiting again.

  Went there looking for landscaping gear found 2 Troy built weed trimmers, both 4 cycle attachment capable but their price was higher then one not same model but same capabilities 4 stroke same ccs jumpstart capable by Troy built! However I found it new at home Depo 129.00 and theirs used for 129.00 and 139.00 so I asked if they could lower the price , absolutely no one’s working a lower price! Notice their Eco blower also higher price then new. Bad place to go to find a deal or even a comparable price. Don’t toss your money away here folks !!

  Horrible service. Tells one price on the phone, then gives you a price 3 times what they said on the phone when you show up. Dude can not run the place at all and he gets pissy when you mention that their normal xbox one + controller + kinect, is only $60 less than a brand new Xbox one S with a controller and Forza from Frys. I have to emphasize that it comes with the kinect because according to them that is what justifies this price tag. As I ask them why would I spend that much when I could just go get a superior, new product with a warranty for only change more and he said, "because you dont have that kind of money." Well guess what? I brought my money to Frys and have a beautiful new system to play. They insult you, lie to you, and tell you to leave when youre already in your car pulling away. Hope this place rots in hell. Edit* they say I was cursing at their customers in the response, but all I said was you can get better prices elsewhere. Cant wait until this place goes under.

  Hi Tyler, I am sorry you felt insulted and lied to. There was obviously miscommunication over the phone regarding prices we are willing to buy something for VS prices we sell something for. We are glad you found what you were looking for and got a good deal on it. And yes, if you are sitting in your car yelling obscenities at our customers,... we will ask you to leave.

  I dont expect the 4 season kind of customer service from the pawn industry but this was poor. Servive by anyone's standards. The blatant disregaurd for my item and. Unwillingness to help or even look away from the computer screen was boarderline disrespectful. I get you deal with alot of people everyday bringing in whatevers not nailed down but you shouldnt let your previous customer determin how your going to treat or approach your next customer. I came in with an unmarked watch box and said i had a item id like for them to take a look at and perhaps qutoe an offer on loan for it. He turns the box towards himself and wothout even looking away from the computer screen, chuckles under his breath and says "ya we cant do nothin with that. Unless its a rolex or gold we aint taking it." I look at the watch confused.. I look at him like hes an idiot then back at the watch.. Still without breaking eye contact with his screen he says "sorry...". I say ok, pick up my watch and walk out still wondering to myself how its possible to be that lazy and that ignorant all at the same time in a position to make those decisions. The watch that you guys just let walk out the door without even looking at it, was an all original triple signed 1966 Omega Seamaster with date. And the kicker, its cased in 14k solid gold.. Thanks again.
