  I highly recommend Jean Ayemin and the Purpose Funding for making my experience smooth and easy as a first-time homeowner. At first, I was hesitant of trying to buy a house since I knew how competitive the market was. However, Jean and the Purpose Funding assisted me to fulfill my dream of becoming a homeowner. Jean was extremely helpful in explaining the process and made sure to get back to me as soon as possible whenever I had questions. In addition to that, she was on top of things to prevent any delays.   It was a pleasure and blessing to work with Rachel Bearden. Our refinance loan was completed faster than we had expected. We have refinanced in the past but not with Purpose Funding. We have always had to call in and ask how everything was going, not so with purpose funding. Rachel called us personally to inform us of the process and if she needed anything from us she explained and basically did everything for us. We are very well pleased and will definetely recommend our friends and family to Purpose Funding.

  This review is for Jean Ayemin, she was doing an excellent job, she does what she promise and fast and on time processing of my refinance, less paper works and less stress on my side but everything was done according to what we discuss. If your looking for an agent that do everything for you, she is the one I recommend. Great job Jean!

  I had been thinking about refinancing my mortgage for a while but hesitated because I thought the process was going to be a hassle. So I called Purpose Funding to get some information about refinancing my home mortgage and spoke with Nick Robertson. After he answered all my questions and helped me understand my options I decided to go forward with the process. That was on June 2 2021. I supplied all the information and documents he needed within a few days and he had a few options for me to chose from. I decided to consolidate two auto loans and get money for some home projects. The new loan dropped my PMI and lowered my percentage rate. Nick continued to communicate with me on the progress of the loan and was extremely helpful when I would call him to ask questions. He even answered while he was on vacation in Florida. The progress of the loan went smoothly and Nick informed me that funding of the new loan could be possible by June 28 or earlier. The load funded and the money for home projects was in my bank account on June 21. On June 28 my auto loans showed as paid off. I am saving $800 a month with my new loan. I am satisfied with the new loan through Purpose Funding and extremely appreciative to Nick for making this possible for me and for everything he did throughout the process.

  Excellent experience with refinancing my house. Spoke with Dan McMenamy, Loan Officer with Purpose Funding. Heard Purpose Funding commercial on KWVE and decided to give them a call approximately one year ago. I couldn’t make the refi happen at the time, but Dan asked for permission to reach out to me after some time and I agreed. He reached out a couple more times, and when ready, he made sure I received a very good rate for my need. Excellent customer service from Dan, no doubt enabled/empowered by Purpose Funding. Excellent experience overall.

  I called my current lender at the time and set up a refi loan. After we did all the work. They Denied the loan. They originally the reached out to me. I called purpose funding and they were quick with an approval. I had some delays on my end and they were persistent on their end and kept me on track. Everyone was wonderful to work with. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

  In the current Real Estate industry, it is really difficult to find dedicated agents who take the time to listen and truly understand your intentions as a customer versus their own interest. I don't usually write reviews but I had to highlight Justin Soth and Philip Meier from Purpose Funding because of their honesty, communication and attention to detail during my refinance process. From day one, they took to the time to really understand my goals and my approach. Whenever I had a question, they were able to answer and clarify my inquiry in detail regardless of how annoying, stupid or insignificant my question was. In addition, their transparency in their cost and rates was unexpected and represents their moral values as individuals and as an organization. If you are looking for a good honest company, and people, that you can trust with one of the most important decisions of your life, I urge to give Purpose Funding a call. They won't let you down.

  What can I say about Purpose Funding? Art Costello and Mary Probasco moved heaven and earth to help us refinance. And we were able to get some money out to make some long overdue home improvements. We were shocked to say the least. Mary was a delight to work with, and she was relentless in making sure all the documents were in order in order to get the loan. I recommend Purpose Funding without hesitation - especially if you have a challenging loan situation.
