  We were referred to Rhonda 3 years ago when we bought our first house. At that time, she was absoluteyl great to work with - super nice, very helpful, very considerate of our concerns and making sure we understood everything, etc, and she also ensured we got our loan. We had a few snags due to being self employed, but she made it happen. So of course it was a no brainer that we wanted to use her again. We were honest with her though and let her know that we were shopping around for prices - as we wanted to make sure we got the best deal - so we weren't 100% sure if we were going to be moving forward with her... but it turned out - she actually had the lowest rates we could find. Anytime you send Rhonda an email - she usually responds immediately - especially if it is time sensitive. You won't find anyone better. UPDATE: We just used Rhonda again, for the 3rd time, and as always - could not be better. Always on top of everything, I feel like she always responds within minutes, and always gets us the best rates. Thanks so much again Rhonda! UPDATE: Just wrapped up our 4th time using Rhonda, and once again, we had an amazing experience with her and her team. Super fast, seamless process, amazing rates. It doesn't get better.

  Darrin is a great guy who will work hard for you to get the job done. He was always in contact with me, keeping me up to date with the latest developments on my mortgage and made sure that I had everything I needed.
