  When I was deciding on who I would be comfortable working with I noticed Ava was a senior mortgage loan officer and that meant experience - and boy did it show! If you are on the hunt for an experienced, seasoned and professional loan officer you HAVE to work with Ava! Never thought the process of owning a home would be as seamless as it was while working with her. With no experience; I called to be pre-approved and the next day I was viewing homes. She helped guide me every step of the way and answered all my questions, texts and phone calls immediately! Excellent communication, knowledgeable and completely genuine- Will be using her in the future and referencing her to all. Thank you again Ava for helping me become a first time homeowner!! -Jackie

  This is my second time working with Ava on purchasing a home. She has been so helpful along the way. Answering any questions needed and walking me through all the the steps of what I needed to do. She was very informative and clear on what I needed to do. I’m very happy with how quickly everything went and I would recommend Ava to any of my friends or relatives!

  Ava Martinelli is a one of a kind mortgage advisor! I have had the pleasure of being a colleague, student, closer and friend for the last almost 3 years. For every reason, there is a detailed explanation. Ava takes on every single loan as if it is a family loan. She works long hours to get the job done. There seems to be no question she cannot answer and rest assured if she does not know the answer, she does not rest until she has a concrete one. Ava is proud of her work and her reputation. She proves herself over and over and is upfront, honest and transparent. If it doesn’t work, she won’t waste your time. If we don’t handle the loan type, she finds someone who will. She is sympathetic to every client and situation. Ava will not steer you wrong and you will never hang up with her feeling unsure of what she said.
