Worst customer service of any bank i’ve ever dealt with. The reps in this branch seem like they know nothing about what they’re doing. Always sound confused and can’t solve simple issues. Everytime they are asked a question they seem lost and “ummmm” there way to an answer that makes no sense. My grandparents both have accounts there and it’s always a mission for them to get help. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! AVOID PROVIDENT and specifically this branch.

This rating deserves ZERO stars. While not a customer I was in area, went into lobby and asked non-busy teller to kindly break $20 bill into $5s for me. I was told that I needed to be a Provident customer to perform this simple exchange of US currency. DO NOT give your business to Provident - they do not deserve it!!!!
