Adimar Oc5I walked in rushing since I had an appt, and all the reps seemed to be busy. As I was approached by Anthony B. He was already working with a customer and went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t just standing in line waiting. He then proceeded to help and resolved my issue within minutes. I waited less than 5 minutes and I was on my way ! Thank you Anthony for making my day better !

Gloria Kohler1The ATM wasn't functioning correctly after 2 separate attempts so I informed the gentleman, nope, sorry, male worker. His first response was to ask me if I know my PIN number, and second to wait until a male customer experienced the same ATM errors so that he could regard what I told him as meaningful once it was confirmed by another male. You're going to ask a client if they know their own PIN number? Seriously ? Off to another branch, and to begin researching other banks. Customer service ? - This was nothing but an insulting and patronizing affront.

Christa Bachman1The Montclair branch should get no stars We were there waiting to open an account and were ahead of someone. When we arrived we were told to sign in and were then ignored The heavyset worker called another customer over before us as they were clearly friends. The worker then lied and said this customer had an appointment that she scheduled online but we were never asked if we did. (We searched online and cant see how we can make an appointment in advance???) This customer signed under us. Wrong! The worker then sarcastically tells us to have a great day when we leave as if our business is totally unimportant. Terrible customer service ! I have had multiple accounts with TD Bank since they opened years ago! I clearly need to rethink where I do my banking. My husband will definitely take his business elsewhere. The management needs to rethink who they are hiring to represent their bank. We wanted to bring our business account here because the bank is less then a mile from our home in Glen Ridge . What a shame such poor quality people are considered acceptable by TD Bank standards Please let us know how an online appt can be made. We are very curious now.

Sharon Thurman5I have always had good experiences here. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and personable, as has been the case in any branch. I especialIy appreciate that they have lobby hours 7 days a week. I anticipate banking with TD Bank for a long time.

The manager used to be in the Montclair office but is now at my favorite TD Bank office in Bloomfield, New Jersey. I just want to say the staff at this bank are awesome !!! The manager always has a warm hello and a great smile. The entire staff at the bank are just awesome. Especially the staff at the customer service desks. The tellers change often but I havent had a problem there either. If your looking for a bank this one is the one it really is easy banking. Lynda

kristine Rivers3So disappointed with this branch came here to get a replacement for my debit card on Sunday around 2 pm. Two of the guy in representative was helping 2 costumers and slow I can tell how annoyed the costumers are.. well anyway to make this story short I came across to ask those two ladies that happened to work as a teller as I ask one of the ladies if Therese anyone can help me get a new atm card her response was do you want to go to another store she got to be kidding me on Sunday and and it’s 2:15 already and the store will be closing in about 45 min. Woman if you can’t do your job and answer your client properly. Then this job is not for you. Btw thanks for the guy Carlos who helped me politely

SuckafR3e 1032Tellers are good. Manager is an IDIOT. Usually have to wait about 30 minutes or more if youre looking for information about your account because only one person working behind the service desks. Super slow.....

Mr Frug1I deposited over $1,000 in cash at the TD Bank in Bloomfield New Jersey..... the money was deposited into an account that was not mine Nor was I affiliated with...... when I brought it to the branch manager's attention he told me to stop complaining and don't make a big deal about it or he would call the police and then threatened to handle things in his own fashion. This bank is run by evil vicious and vile individuals that should be fired and arrested immediately
