  They are very deceptive. Be sure to read the fine print on your ticket from them. I failed my inspection and they wanted over $1000 to fix it. I took it elsewhere and got it all done for under $500. Then they charged me another $50+ for reinspection to get my sticker. I think that's only because I didn't let them gouge me and took it elsewhere for reasonable priced repairs. I would also not recommend females going there. I think they prey on that as well. Well this woman knew what they were up to. I will NEVER go back there. Manager is extremely rude. He never spoke of the extra charge but tried to play it off like he did. Just kept pointing to their "fine print". I will definitely spread my word of mouth about this place. Disgusted.

  I apologize you feel this way. The vehicle was initially inspected at your request, and had failed to meet the minimum state requirements in a few areas. We quoted the repairs to be done at our shop, to which you declined. There was no pressure to have repairs completed, and you mentioned you would have a friend fix them (which, of course, would be less expensive than a repair facility). All required repairs were completed, and you returned a few weeks later for your re-inspection. All repairs were completed (which was verified on the re-inspection our technician performed), and a state inspection sticker was issued to your vehicle. There was no "fine print," this information was with your list of required repairs on your invoice which was gone over with you. Once a vehicle leaves our facility, it is subject to a re-inspection, to verify all repairs are completed and completed properly. As mentioned as well, the emissions testing program requires that one free emissions retest is given within 30 days at the original testing facility if the vehicle fails, but this requirement does not apply to the safety inspection. We have many customers from all walks of life and they are treated the same way, there are no predatory practices at play. We inform the owner of the vehicle what is required, what is recommended and then inform of the repair options. You chose to take your vehicle, have repairs completed elsewhere and returned for the re inspection. We wish you the best.

  They worked very quick to get me and my family members cars in won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. They are also incredibly friendly and honest at every visit. 10/10 recommend

  This place is deceptive, and terrible. I took my car here when it was having an issue with the battery, and computer. They told me they would have it running in no time. I went back a few days later to get some of my things out of my car, turned the key, and it still had some juice. A few days later a guy from the store called my mom, and offered her $500 for the car instead of fixing it. That was not an option considering the fact we had paid $2000 for it only a few months prior. After she said she wasn't interested we got a call a few days later telling us there was nothing they could do to fix it, and to come get it. I went to pick it up, and my car made no noise at all. I ended up paying a tow truck driver to get it to my house. Bottom line is these guys are terrible hacks, and will try to take your car at a cheap hit.

  I believe you have the wrong facility, as our company policy is we do not offer to purchase ANY vehicles from a customer. We have searched our records, and there is no workorder or invoice at any point recent or past where a scenario like this had taken place. No call was ever placed where an offer was to made to purchase a vehicle from a customer. You mention that at first it was a computer/battery issue, but then afterwards you mention a noise (or lack thereof) when you picked it up? We have been in business for over twenty years, and these accusations completely go against the principles on which our company operates.

  Stopped in today with my brakes making noise, without an appointment. Got me in an quickly and provided me with an estimate for the brakes I needed and a few other services they recommended. Got me out quick and my car is quiet again. Thank you Protech!

  Went in t get some work done on my van. The guys there were super helpful and friendly. They made sure to explain what needed done and why. Overall would highly recommend this garage!
