  2 people working in one booth to help a lady. Stood in line for 30 minutes. Multiple people just walked out bc they were tired of waiting.

  This is one of the worst bank to deal with they don't like helping ppl that act like they don't care and there not willing to do anything about it ....

  If i could take stars away I would. They weren't helpful. I had my paper ID (from the dps office. The one they send you thru the email) which on the paper says its a valid document if you print the paper out. Which i was informed it would be okay. As well as having a copy, a bank card with my name on it. And my ssn. After i brought the ID online. And taking the paper the DPS sent me they still would not cash my check ( that is by the way from them) they refused me service. And had no kind of customer service skills. I would never bank with them.
