      Just went through the biggest loan headache ever with this bank. It was the worst loan process I have ever been through, and for the LEAST amount of money. 3 different people here could not figure out what type of loan it should be to start with, and kept changing their minds and restructuring the loan which took forever. It was a complete cluster from the start. I would never recommend them as lenders.

      I'm going to close my account here because the tellers are SO incredibly rude. Here's a little tip: You definitely need to choose another profession if interacting with customers on a daily basis annoys you.

      I am very pleased with the service provided by this bank. The tellers are always very nice and cheerful even thou I bring them heavy loose change and dollar bills to count .
