  Nima helped me get and secure a great rate on my mortgage in the Spring of 2018 in a very hot market and when rates were changing quickly. Being fast was important to me as I was also selling my current house at the same time. He definitely worked very hard every day and night and got me cleared to close when he said he would. I also never felt more comfortable working with someone, he was polite and professional the entire way! Highly recommended!
