  Just finished up a Refi with Ryan Phillips at this group. He did a great job and we where in daily communication. Every hurdle along the way he was there to help us get the job done. Also a mention of April Phillips (processor) who was great as well! I was able to seek Ryan out as a return customer from years ago when he was with another company - so happy he was out there and got our refinance complete! Prosper first did a great job and Ryan will be a great asset to them. High regards for this group.

  Our first home buying experience. I will say they went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Anthony and Chris worked hard with the banks to get us approved and then kept us in the loop as the long process began. From start to finish! They were so helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and really explained why they needed certain documents. All the way to closing they made it happen. 😊 We really were lucky we were referred to them by Miranda Realty. We are now getting settled in our new 🏡. Extremely greatful to Prosper First Capital and their team for getting us into our first home. We would choose them if we had to do it all over again.

  Everyone was so professional and always answered all are questions with quick response time and went way above all are expectations, and always worked to get us all we wanted.
