  I have had the opportunity to work with Lauren and Alex as they helped us purchase our condo, as well as their ongoing management services. They have been wonderful throughout the whole process. During the purchase, they were very responsive, answering calls and emails in the evenings and the weekends. We had the offer accepted in less than 24 hours and closed on the purchase in record time. Now, we are working with Lauren and Alex as they are managing the rental of our condo. They do an amazing job of understanding the market, and adjusting the pricing to ensure that it is at the right level for renters at that time. They have set up the condo with lots of great instructions and amenities for the renters, and we have received high ratings on Airbnb because of their service. They have also helped us to "stage" our property. They first measured our condo, so that we knew what size of new furniture to order. As we had new furniture delivered, they arranged it in the condo, since we don't live in town. They have given us recommendations as to other service providers, such as painters or curtain sellers. We often ask them to help in letting in painters or getting small things fixed, and they are always responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for these types of services!

  Lauren Tracy is an awesome agent, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a place in Mammoth. She was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions that we had. She helped us sell our condo very quickly and she really worked hard to to say on top of everything. Lauren made a difficult process with COVID and long distance (from Southern California) easy for us, guiding us every step of the way. We even closed escrow early.   Lauren Tracy helped me purchase my condo in Mammoth Lakes. She has been terrific. She responded immediately when I reached out to her. She kept me up to date with the process. She took me through a bunch of places, and I felt she had a good idea of what I was looking for. She gave me great advice about finding a place to live. She helped me find a mortgage broker who got me a mortgage with a good rate. I would gladly work with her again. There was a place she showed me that was awesome and I'm hoping she will keep me in mind when it becomes available.

  We listed our Mammoth Lakes condo with Lauren and were very pleased with her professional handling of the sale. We were delighted that we actual got more than we expected. She was in constant communication with the progress of the sale and very helpful handling some details that we were not able to see to since we were not living in the area.
