  Buying a first time home or upgrading to bigger one, Professional Mortgage Solutions Inc is your place for your financing needs. Ashok is professional, responsive, communicative and knowledgeable about his work. We have been working with Ashok since we bought our first home 7 years back. We recently bought our second home with PMSI as our valued lender. Our situation was little critical second time considering the fact that seller wanted to complete the closing within one month of offer acceptance. It was kind of DEAL OR NO DEAL with the seller.   It was a pleasure to get my first ever mortgage from PMSI. Being my first experience, I was not at all sure about the process and how things work there, what documents will be required, and if I am missing out on any documents. however, I must say you (Ashok), and Alberta took really good care of me throughout the process. I would have never got a similar experience if I were to do a mortgage with anyone else. I really admire the way they helped me move through the process with such a slim timeline. and patience showed by Alerta while answering my daily (sometimes twice a day) follow up calls and update on the mortgage. I must say, these guys doing great work and above all, they all know what they are doing.

  Ashok / PMSI came highly recommended from my realtor. Having had a bad experience in the past, I decided to do my research online. I couldn't agree more with the other reviewers. Ashok was very patient and explained the whole process. He gave me a preliminary rate that was better than what my bank for 20 yrs could provide. On the final lock date, he was able to further lower the rate. The team at PMSI were very organized with the documentation and made the whole process a breeze. Ashok followed up several times along the process to calm my nerves. PMSI worked on a tight timeline we had for closing and had the paperwork done 4 days before the closing. I would highly recommend PMSI.
