  We have dealt with PFS with 2 vehicles, and they have been great with us. Very understanding and professional, they have worked with us on our payments many times. Christina and Brandy are very nice people. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

  Very rude! I have never dealt with such a pushy and overly aggressive finance company! 10 days after you miss a payment(even though you’ve spoken to a rep about it) they’re sending a repossession letter! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my enemy! Horrible! Daily I consider letting the car go just so I don’t have to deal with them. Tim the manger is rude and Shenika is way too aggressive! The lady name Brenda is very kind and professional. Or maybe her name is Belinda. Idk.

  Unprofessional, compulsive liars, poor poor work ethics, they do NOT report to all 3 credit services. Every phone conversation that I have had with them, they have been very rude and unprofessional. I do not see how they are in business after everything they have done to my family and I and everyone else due to other reviews that I have seen from other offices. I do NOT recommend this company at ALL!!!!!!!!
