What ever you do, talk to Hope, NOT JASON. I spoke with Jason about an issue with my account, and he told me what i thought was a solution. WRONG!!! I ended up having to pay fees due to the misinformation i was provided. Luckily, when i called ready to cuss him out, he was out of office and i had to speak with Hope. (keep in mind, the man is hardly ever in office, i was calling for him for a week.) Hope had an outstanding attitude, and she was able to fix everything that was previously jacked up. i'm so thankful for her for going above in beyond in serving me. That girl either needs a raise or a higher position if you ask me! ASK FOR HOPE
