  After working with FOUR other companies trying to refinance, I'm so glad to have met Richard! He was recommended by two coworkers and although I was hesitant to call because we had just completed the application and were working on the next steps paperwork with another company, I gave it a shot. He had better rates, better closing costs, easier paperwork and was sooooo fast! I would DEFINITELY recommend Richard Wallace for your refinance needs!!!!

  Priority Financial provided excellent service to us during the home buying process.   My husband and I value great service; especially in an environment where businesses provide service as if they are doing you a favor because you showed up. My experience with Priority Financial has been one of the most positive experiences of my adult life. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the entire homeownership process from financing and credit building to homeowners insurance and emotional support. He was transparent, thoughtful and truthful. He managed my expectations and got me closed on my home in 30 days. Mike and his support team provided us with excellent service that was truly second to none. They were all very complementary of one another. I felt as if I supported a community business and I have zero regrets. I close on my home tomorrow and could not be happier! The icing on the cake for this particular establishment is that Priority Financial supports Homes for Heros. If you are a nurse, police officer, teacher, firefighter or soldier you are in great hands with this team!   I'd like to start by saying that I am not one to ever write reviews on anything...so the fact that I am taking the time to write this, says a lot about Priority Financial LLC! My husband and I will be first time homeowners at the end of September thanks to Mike and Priority Financial LLC! Even though we have not settled on our home yet, we feel comfortable enough writing this review because of our loan officer, Mike. When we first started this process, we had no idea what we were in for. Looking back now, we couldn't be more thankful to have met Mike. From the very first day, instead of pressuring us into pre-qualifying for a loan (like most other lenders), he flooded us with helpful information and advice. Mike is very professional, personable, and very open and honest about any and everything "mortgage". We could tell after our first meeting that he had our best interest in mind. Being that we are new to the home buying process, knowing this is refreshing. He is available at anytime to answer any and all of our questions, even making an effort to meet after hours to accommodate OUR schedules. To top it off, we've done our research with other lenders and no one has been able to beat or even match the deal Mike has been able to get us. Today, the hardest--most stressful--part is behind us and we could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through the process. We are very excited and cannot wait to move in to our new home! If you are looking for a mortgage pre-qualification, a home refinance, or even just advice on where to start if you are new to the process (like we were), Mike and Priority Financial LLC is where it's at!   Absolutely A+ service!!! This is my third home and this purchase was the best by far!! Professional, Detailed Oriented, Precise, Customer Oriented, I didn't have to worry about a thing. All of my questions were answered (some I didn't know I had). I am extremely pleased with the process and would highly recommend this team!!!
