  I spend my time here to apply for a personal loan supposedly they will call me the next day because a issue in my ID, never call me back I sent an email to the person who promised me to call me he never reply me back. I feel discriminated to be honest. ☹️

  Excellent customer service, and almost never have a line. The only Bank there not a sister branch of to my knowledge is Navy Federal. I can work with that because I have a number of different credit unions. I enjoy coming here every time I need to.

  There Atm never works! Made me late on paying my credit card bill. Not everyone can access bank during working hours

  Great customer service. Staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Never been disappointed coming here. It was a little weird at first speaking to teller through a screen as well as sending and receiving by a chute, but you get used to it.
