  This location is temporarily close due to Covid. I called the location before going and no one told me this. Only the drive-thur is open. Lobby is closed. The transaction I had to do required me to come inside. Inconvenienced 20 minutes driving here only to be told to go to the Missouri City location. Suggestion: Update your Google page so your customers are aware. Also, advised employees answering the phone to let customers know.

  Customer service Management and upper management are very unhelpful and incompetent. Instead of following up and helping you they would rather be right verbally. Very sad and disappointing.

  CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST! This is such a great place to be when it comes to your banking needs. We opened our account with them prior to their Grand Opening and had already recommended them to my whole family. They have an advanced banking technology which makes it easy for their clients do their transactions and their rates are also competitive. Thank you Jonathan Ebizie and Linda Cabral for a warm welcome and a great customer service! You're both the best! Keep up the good work and your great smiles all the time!

  Went to primeway asked for assistance, the ladies in there unprofessional, lazy, no people skills ! They shouldn't be there if they don't want to work. You don't choose your customers , your job is to assist everyone not the Ones you feel deserve it!!! 🤨🤨
