  My parents have been members at Prime Bank for over 50 years and they rave about how wonderful the staff are there. The staff know my parents so well and call them by name each and every time making them feel special. Exceptional customer service and great services are hard to find in a bank and I am very happy Prime Bank is watching over my parents accounts and I trust that they are taking good care of them.   I had a problem with a direct deposit going through. They sent me to this old lady that told me she didn't know what went wrong. They had two other ladies come over and tell her what to do and she still couldn't figure it out. As I was walking out another lady stopped me saying I overheard what happened and this is what you need to do. Why is that old lady even working there when it took 3 other employees from different departments to figure out the solution and how much are you paying her. It's like watching a 5 year old try to do brain surgery.

  They have been able to answer all my questions, direct deposit has been smooth, transferring my money no problem plus one of the promotions earned me extra money. I would recommend primebank!
