  Called, got a response, told what ib was looking for, she was to show me next day, I had gone by locations, beautiful places,,,But who can afford $1.350.00 a month no utilities, for a room ??? I was dumbfounded, too day the least, I'm a landlord, I charge 1250 a month for a 3 bedroom,,, so I'm being robbed, or not keeping up with the times? 2nd place same 1200 w/ utilities Studio? Sorry. But ever happened to 600 --700studio, 800 to 900 1 bed, ?? I mean come on ppl. We're in a pandemic, we haven't worked in 18 mths? So seriously, come down from MARS, LOWER THE RENT, FOR THE FIRST YEAR, then go up slowly, or you only want certain types of ppl, I get that, I personally, just want a clean place.roof over my head, that I can afford and live comfortably, not day to day, scraping up to pay, that's not living, think about who you want in you place, and charge accordingly, kids will destroy it, middle age of course will be better, but a senior will respect it,take care of it, I'm talking 50 plus

  There are 5 roommates, 4 bedrooms. Two are a couple Review from 2 of them. Roommate 1- I have lived in an apartment managed by Prime Properties. The building went up for sale shortly after we moved in, so me and my roommates have been dealing with this. Today was the last straw. They don't tell everyone that they are stopping by to give tours. They text you that they are going to come by but never confirm it. They just assumed you read the text message and show up. We had to wait for a back door key for the first 6 months we lived here. The light in the back staircase has been out the entire time. some sort of electrical problem. My front banister was left broken for 2 months before they decided to come by unannounced to fix it. All of these occasions and more we communicated things were broken and needed to be fixed on a weekly if not daily occurrence. During the storm this year they never came and cleared the snow. Nothing. No pathway, no stairs. No nothing. I had to spend 4 hours doing it. Not my job. That's why I pay rent. Roommate 2- Prime Properties requests of their tenants things that are a little outrageous - "don't put your trash cans on THIS part of the driveway, put them on THAT part of the driveway." For a property with a squirrel, bat and stinkbug infestation, several electrical issues, breaking hardware and general neglect, I frequently feel micromanaged. Yet when I request to have a copy of a key to my apartment, I am first questioned what my motive is, and am treated like it is a hassle. General tact is also an issue. Their notifications of maintenance and showings are Mickey Moused; they typically text one roommate and make it our responsibility to spread the news to the other four when we work different hours and frequently don't see each other for days a time, and as a result they have entered my room while I have been sleeping, changing, whatever. They have let my indoor cat outside although I have specifically asked them to be careful. A possible buyer of the house asked me questions about the property during a showing and their property manager cut me off and talked over me. I would highly recommend stearing clear of this company. They seem like nice people, but their managerial skills lack.

  Good people who run it they do a good job with all the different jobs they do. Also they rent nice property.

  Great people that own the property places are clean keeps his places up too date.
