Denise Marie2I joined Prime Financial because they were affiliated with my job and was told they would help me with things I needed to get done. Initially they help with building my credit score. Later when I needed to get more things done they wouldn’t help. Not sure how much longer I will be with them and won’t recommend them to anyone.
Response from the ownerHi Denise, I’m sorry to hear that our services haven’t met your expectations. Credit building is a great stepping stone to a stronger financial future, and we're glad you included us in that journey! It'd be great connect you with one of our Lending Consultants; after reviewing your credit report and finances, our Lending Consultants can make suggestions to help you continue to improve your financial wellbeing, and all of this is INCLUDED with your credit union membership (no cost, no obligation). We look forward to hearing from you at 414.486.4500 or [email protected].

Cheryl .Sowat5I have been with Prime Financial over 21 years now. I have never had a problem there’s never been any errors. Now I have my mortgage with them. You can transfer money, send money to my friends and family easily! I’m afraid to go anywhere else. Everyone’s always friendly and knowledgeable.
Response from the ownerHi Cheryl! Thanks for your kind review. We’re so happy you’ve been with us for so long, and we look forward to serving you for years to come!

Dale Prellwitz1If it wasn't for the hassles of changing my direct deposits to a different financial institution I wouldn't be a current member. I hate the fact that deposits to my account are held until Prime Financial finally decided to make them available. Withdrawls/charges to my account are immediately removed from my available balance. Overdraft charges and fees are withdrawn the second my available balance drops below zero even though a pending deposit is waiting to be added to my available funds. I would not recommend Prime Financial to my worst enemy, much less my friends.
Response from the ownerHi Dale, I’m sorry to hear our services have not met your expectations for a banking partner. Our goal is to provide members with transparent access to their money. Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the next business day after we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In the case of electronic direct deposits, the Federal Reserve may send the Credit Union notice of an incoming deposit to your account prior to transferring the funds to the Credit Union. In this case, the funds are listed as “ Pending” because we have received notice of the deposit but have not yet received the actual funds for deposit from the Federal Reserve; generally, a deposit will be listed as Pending for 2-3 days before the Credit Union receives the funds from the Federal Reserve and is able to include them in your “Available Balance”. Withdrawals and fees are deducted from your Available Balance in a timely manner to reflect the most accurate account balance possible to prevent unexpected overdrafts. You can find our complete Funds Availability policy here: https://www.primefinancialcu.org/acct-disclosure/ I hope this helps clarify how we process transactions for your account. If you would like additional information, we’re happy to help. Our phone number is 414.486.4500.
