  Getting to work with Renju Raj was such a blessing. My wife and I live in Chicago but we really wanted to buy a house in Texas since retirement age is around the corner. Renju made the buying process so easy despite us not being in Texas for the whole process, everything was done through email and over the phone. Renju was always available for any questions we had. He was also very diligent with everything and extremely patient with us. Due to a few old negative marks on my credit report I thought it would be hard to get a mortgage loan but with Renju's expertise and professionalism he was able to get it done. He gave us hope again and thanks to him everything worked out great! We were approved for the loan and got the keys to the house within 3 days of the loan approval. I highly recommend Renju!

  Renju was awesome! He is very patient and gave us the best rate. Renju's attention to detail in the mortgage process was fantastic and I could feel as a borrower he really cares and works keeping in mind your best interest.   Renju was awesome! Practically was our best mortgage loan officer...he was so knowledgeable about what was needed that once our loan went to underwriting they barely asked for anything to finalize our loan.   Renju is absolutely awesome and unlike any I have even worked with. You can trust him to keep your best interest in mind. Also know that if Renju is working with you he is truly working for you. He takes total control and owner ship from start to finish. I have worked with two other mortgage companies in the past and it was an absolute nightmare with stress right up till closing. Not the case with Renju. He runs the process from start to finish and makes sure everyone delivers. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.
