  After I decided that I want to build a brand-new home instead of buying a previously owned one, I found myself in a unique situation. This was challenging, because for many years I was self-employed and I built up my company, but recently started working in a corporate job since the COVID situation almost ruined my business. Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. contacted me once I submitted my inquiry online to explore what was possible in my situation if anything at all. This call was the beginning of me building my long-lost dream. I worked with Trevor, who was an absolute financial genius. He showed me options that other banks could never offer. Trevor helped me refi my existing home in California to take cash out, and use it as a down payment for my new build in Scottsdale, Arizona. Trevor and his team also took out the aggravations and complications that my personal situation had and worked very hard on my behalf to put this deal together. My situation was not the typical, every day, cookie cutter situation, but Trevor and his team made it happen! Now that I paid the down payment, the design of my dream home has begun. I will also need a loan for the remaining of the cost, which Trevor carefully calculated and already arranged. I am eternally thankful for a genius team who created a unique possibility out of a tough situation and I am also very grateful for the personal connection and the friendships that have developed in the process.   Deb’s team exceeded my expectations! They took such such good care of me! Jake was always available to answer any questions I had during the whole process and walked me through it all. As a first time homebuyer It was overwhelming but they made it easy to understand and broke it all down. They were very personable and wanted what was best for me.
