  This is my second home purchased with the help of this team, and I couldn't be happier with them. I am self employed, so getting a mortgage is more complicated for me than it is for most people. Both times around my loan officer, Jack Ellison, managed the entire process. If you are self employed, you need a personal advocate to work out all the details of your case. Jack has done that for me twice.

  Ian and his Team gave me a quick, efficient and friendly mortgage experience. It was exactly what I was looking for, seeing it was a hectic time for me and I needed a group to make it as hands off for me as possible. From start to finish they educated me, gave me choices and gave me clear instructions of what they needed from me. It was really perfect. The attorney even met my wife and myself out of state to do the closing. Definitely put Ian and his Team at the top of your list!

  Reliable, fast, convenient, efficient. These are just some of the words that could begin to describe the experience my family and I had with this tremendously talented and dedicated team. My initial reaction to what this process would have been was far left field after Ian and his team got started. Ian's initial greet, explanation and overall detail of how and when he would be able to provide the assistance of what I need was like listening to sades "smooth operator" while sipping my favorite beverage. Shocked and still yet unconvinced he placed me to his number two Shannon who was like getting a new best friend. She held our hands, walked us through the steps and was timely, communicable, conscientious and reliable. Sharon came in with the slam dunk like Michael jordan in a finals and just made our dreams even more a reality.
