  Dane was truthful and realistic when setting my expectations. He explained what was needed and was consistently patient and helpful. Definitely will be recommending his service to others and hope to use his service again myself for my business property purchase. He is also very knowledgeable about loan products and criteria necessary to qualify when compared to other mortgage brokers/loan officers I met with before I found him.

  I have used Dane for several of my refinances and he has NEVER steered me wrong. His knowledge, understanding, honesty, timeliness, professionalism, to say the least goes ABOVE AND BEYOND, which is hard to find these days. The process has always been clear cut, no hassle, with no hidden agendas and fast. He answers any and all of my questions in a timely manner.. I cannot speak enough on my appreciation I have for him.
