  Our deal about fell apart a few times. We were told one date we could close, made plans to close on that day. It did not happen. We had to put nonrefundable money up to keep the deal together, we were had to scramble to find a place to stay for the fourth since we could not move in yet, rent a storage unit. This was the most stressful, unpleasant experience we have dealt with. Unfortunately for you all, I am in this industry and will advice any of my customers not to use you.
