  Greg and his team were wonderful! Barbara was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Sarah did an excellent job helping with my renovations side of the loan and making sure all of those pieces work. Barbara and Sarah kept me updated on progress.   Buying a house is always stressful! But Travis was amazing. Answered ALL the questions I had...sometimes more than once (I like to ask A LOT of questions). Helped us with estimates so we knew what we could actually afford. And super responsive whenever we needed to chat, text or email. Highly recommend!

  I've worked with Joe Wandishin twice now. The first time was two years ago when I bought my first house, I expected a painful experience but thanks to Joe's expertise it was no sweat. Now I've come back for a refi so I don't miss out on these "historically low interest rates"! Joe sets the bar high for what you can expect from a loan officer. He communicates every step of the process in a way that is understandable and is always available to help explain anything. He is clearly on your team from the beginning, not out just to make a buck. I expected a sterile business transaction but instead I received ANOTHER personal experience that I would recommend to anyone. Joe Wandishin is great at his job and I had a great experience with Primary Residential Mortgage.

  Jim was utterly fantastic from the first phone call up until the last moment on closing day. Always available to discuss questions or statuses, informative, very knowledgeable, EXTREMELY professional, likable, and just on point. He conducts himself in the way that you wish all business interactions went. Makes you feel like your file is the only one that exists and is his top priority (even though you know hes spinning plates for many files concurrently). HIGHLY Recommend! Rock Star Status.

  We highly recommend Kyndle and her team. Outstanding customer service by every person we came in contact with was also friendly, courteous, professional. Every step was supported by their team, and every question was answered. This must be mentioned that during Covid-19 shutdowns, they answered every call, question, and addressed every concern. The icing on the cake is the amount of money we saved with the best possible mortgage solution. By far this was our best experience financing a mortgage.   When I first thought about buying my first house, I felt overwhelmed by all the different factors and things that had to be done. Luckily, I had Scott who was very informative and made the process so streamlined and answered every questioned I could've had. We had a running joke that he was my therapist, because he listened whenever I was stressed and eased all my anxieties. I couldn't say enough good things about him and Primary Residential! He deserves a raise for how helpful he is!!
