  I HIGHLY recommend Rich Barry, Jenn Gay and the team at Pride Rock Mortgage without reservation! Rich worked quickly to get our approval and appraisal accomplished after many barriers with our other mortgage lender. We thought we were the issue. Rich and his team put our minds at ease by answering all of our questions…and it turns out we were more than qualified to purchase the other company just didn’t know what they were doing. Thank goodness for Rich! He took us from application to close in 12 DAYS! Including appraisal!   I cannot say enough great things about Rich and Jenn. The home buying process is stressful enough, don't go through it without Pride Rock on your side. Rich and Jenn are experts in this business and their knowledge is unparallelled. Rich was always responsive to my MANY questions. Jenn was our loan processor and she was unlike ANY other loan processor... even my realtor was amazed with Jenn's constant communication, updates, and getting things together. She is so quick and efficient. We had a pretty major hiccup last minute during our buying process due to another bank and an awful loan processor and Jenn handled it so well and not even seeming concerned or derailed, she was so calm, assertive, and helpful every step of the way. I would not use anyone else.

  I had under a 600 credit score, they got me an FHA loan with4% down WE GOT OUR OWN HOUSE!!!! They helped every step of the way. I still can't believe we got a house. Please try these guys. They are a no bulls#%$ straight up company. If they tell you they can do it...they will!!! Thanks guys!!

  Took all my private information then says he don't do loans over the phone or does he do loans like that? Then why steal all my personal information to start with. I feel like he just wants personal information, for his own use.
