  I would definitely recommend Pride Abstract as a settlement company. As a new homebuyer, I was not sure what to expect. They took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I felt comfortable with the transaction. They were not only professional, but also caring and wanted what was best for me. Even when there were discrepancies on the side of the sellers realtor, they took care of it in a speedy manner. They were always there to make sure everything ran smoothly. They made the settlement process easy and stress free. A great company to work with, I would never go with another settlement company! Thanks Pride Abstract!!

  Pride Abstract did a phenomenal job with our settlement of our house. Walt and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and an all round class act! I highly recommend Pride Abstract to anyone looking for Title Ins. Update (4/29/21) - Since my settlement about 2 years ago, I have continued to refer Walt from Pride Abstract to friends and family and the feed back I get is nothing but praises. Their work is second to none and they make me look good. As I stated before, they are AWESOME and I highly recommend them.
