  Dave Jacquart is an expert in his field. He provided my husband and I concierge (white glove) level service. He is that good. Dave was able to locked us into a super low rate because he understood exactly what was going on in the market. Dave knew what national and global events that could potentially trigger rate increases and advised us accordingly. Once we locked in a rate and the appraisal was completed, we closed on the loan. The entire process was flawless and took less than 30 days.

  I worked with Mr. Jacquart on an initial improvement loan and a subsequent refi (on the same property) in 2018 and 2021. I was dreading this process if it was the same as 20+ years ago (first loan); however, Mr. Jacquart put me at ease and then lived up to his word.
