  Worst pawn shop. Buyer beware!!! Bought a ps3, only worked one day. Full of dust and overheated called back and was talked rude to and told it wasnt there problem and nothing could be done. $125 dollars wasted. NEVER AGAIN!!!

  We have not sold a PS3 at that price in a long time (typically sell them for $80-100) and I haven't heard any complaints about one even longer. You didn't bring the problem to us. How long ago did you buy it? Are you sure you are talking about the right place, there is a resale shop down the street that people thing is a pawnshop.

  This pawn shop is by far the worst one I've ever been too. Before decided to stop in I read the reviews, asked around and even called the store before hand to get a better idea of how they did business and I shouldve known better. Owner has verrryyy limited knowledge on what seems like to be just about everything in that place. If you're selling or pawning anything worth value and it's not a financial emergency, take your business down the road. This crook will always want something for nothing and will literally try to say anything to get your stuff for pennies on the dollar. Lady behind the counter was really nice both times but once the negotiations started up with the owner, she would go into the back for the remainder of the conversations and it was very obvious why. This guy is so used to dealing with shady people and stolen stuff that he thinks he can straight up strong arm people. I just laughed and walked out and got a way better deal elsewhere. Strongly do not recommend doing business here.

  Worse customer service ever the gentleman in charge didn't even want to get off hes chair to help or sale anything the lady had the look on her face of confusion. Will NEVER go back and wouldn't recommend stopping in game prices are not even priced correctly.. suggest doing your research before buying anything from them !!!!!

  Great business to deal with. Offers fair prices. Willing to work with you on pawns and when late, they understand. Can't beat the selection of TVs. The guy behind the counter said they have 60 currently!!

  I have been to Premiere Pawn and loan many times with my Laptops .. Not one time has the owner tried to give me a loan lesser then what I was needing .. Also worked with me on payments .. If you have never dealt with a pawn shop don't expect full face value for what you bring in .. Pawn shops are not a Bank .. They have to pay there rent and utilities just like you ..

  They bought my *STOLEN* laptop and now I can't get it back! Complete failure by the owner, the Charleston Police, and the Coles County States Attorney. My recorded serial number and the police report from theft have already verified its my stolen goods! (205 ILCS 510/9) (from Ch. 17, par. 4659) Sec. 9. ... When any person is found to be the owner of stolen property which has been pawned, such property shall be returned to the owner thereof without the payment of the money advanced by the pawnbroker thereon or any costs or charges of any kind which the pawnbroker may have placed upon the same. (Source: P.A. 84-1308.)

  Obviously we couldn't know it was stolen when it was brought in and sold to us. Once the police told us about it, we worked with them to get it back to you (the victim).

  We give prices on gold weight. If ring is light weight that means price isn't going to be very high. Sorry for any problems you had and hopefully you come back and we can work out a better deal next time.
