  I was lucky enough to be paired with Stanley Suenaga for my financing while looking for a home and I cannot express how grateful I am for that! The entire situation was complicated; buying a house on the opposite coast, not being able to travel there, some past transgressions as a young adult ruining my credit score, time differences, set back after set back, you name it I think we encountered it. I don't think I would have made it if it wasn't for Stanley's dedication and commitment. What could have very easily been one of the worst experiences of my life was turned into one of easiest all thanks to his constant communication, follow up and through, patience and understanding. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

  Working with Amanda was a pleasant experience and she was very professional. We have refinanced several times and this was the easiest experience we have had thus far. Amanda is responsive and easy to communicate with. I was aware of each step of the process as we progressed through it. Our refinance prior to working with Amanda was not a good loan for us and we felt taken advantage of by our previous broker. When we initially looked at refinancing with Amanda last year it became clear the new loan would not have been any more advantageous for us than our previous loan and Amanda was very transparent about it. As the market improved I requested for Amanda to run the numbers again and we were able to close at much better terms. Coming into this off of a bad experience we appreciated Amanda’s honesty and that she didn’t sell us a loan that was not good for us. I would definitely work with Amanda again!

  I can’t speak highly enough of Lara Rinier at Premier Mortgage. We had long, 6-month escrow period. She kept us informed, cared about, with so much attention! As first time home buyers we knew so little and walked away so confident about our purchase because of Lara’s constant advice! Thank you Lara for being the most amazing Loan Officer and just an all around incredible human being!!
