  Brent and Zach made the home buying process easy. They gave us all the information we needed to get our ducks in a row and were quick to respond to my questions, which were many as I was a first time homebuyer. Brent and Zach did their best to make sure set got the best rate possible, I highly recommend giving them a call if you're in the market to buy a home. These guys will definitely take care of you.

  Terrible experience! Strung along for a year in the process of obtaining a new construction loan. A down payment was made and our house was built only for Premier Mortgage to cancel our loan. All progress was lost and they simply referred us to a new bank to start all over. They take weeks to get ahold of and are overall a shady company.

  I simply cannot say enough about how smoothly our mortgage loan process went with Premier Mortgage Resources of Walla Walla. Brent and Zach were amazing throughout the entire process. We purchased a home for sale by owner, and were from Montana. Our first impression was sealed when Brent personally contacted us by responding to our initial inquiry via his PERSONAL phone on A NATIONAL HOLIDAY. Say no more, what above-and-beyond service! Every step of the way, Zach kept us informed and on-track. He even went out of his way to personally troubleshoot an issue we were having with our homeowners insurance carrier. We are very pleased with Premier Mortgage Resources. Not only did they stand by us every step of the way, but both Brent and Zach made us feel truly welcomed to into the Walla Walla community.   My sister and I worked with Brent and Zach at Premier Mortgage to get a pre-approval when looking for a property to buy. They also worked hard to ensure we got the best mortgage and interest rate when we found and purchased the property. Both men were easy to work with, tireless in their goal of getting the job done and prompt in their communication to us. We would use their services again in a heartbeat (except we found the perfect place and will not be going anywhere!).
