  I'm giving a 1 star because I can't give a zero! I've been trying to get in touch with anyone from my branch and home office and NO ONE is answering the phone. After 20 years, the wife and I will be there to close all five of our accounts on Monday!

  30 minute drive thru wait.. also the line i was in changed from open to closed and had to get In a different due to that one being closed and not moving then go to a different line and that line clears out and keeps going with cars. While the 2 tellers that's pathetic were worried more about talking than working. While another teller goes about her day as if there are no cars in line.

  If you call this establishment u can forget it becuase you will not get an answer...i literally called over and over for hours...when I did get threw it was Greensboro ...If I had needed them I would of called there direct number....i needed Kings Mountain office as the lady promised to call me by 10 am and its now 1 pm..And the live thing on the website says they are not busy at this time...yea definitely be changing unions to one that cares about answering your important calls.

  Great customer service in person but they never answer their phone if you call.

  They stay really busy but they are great people hard to get on the phone beat to go up there service with a smile

  They WILL NOT answer the phone. I called 5 times and eventually just went up there. Not a single person in the drive through or inside and the employees were just chillin.

  From my experience and the lady I spoke with was not willing to help me in anyway. Very disappointing experience.

  Absolute joke of a bank .Managment problems for sure!!Cant seem to keep employees!Never answer the phone!3 to 4 days for loan approvals with perfect credit and more in accts than asking for!!
