  I have purchased several homes and Corey Parker was hands down the most professional, proficient and knowledgeable Loan Originator I have ever experienced.   Just bought my first home and I am so glad Corey was handling my loan. After already speaking to multiple companies and really feeling kind of left out of the loop and not confident in the loan process. Corey was able to provide superb service and provide clear and concise information that was straight to the point and didn't beat around the bush. 10/10 would recommend Cardinal financial's services in the future.   Corey and the Cardinal Financial team are awesome. They helped and patiently guided us through the entire process. They stayed available, in constant contact, and always availble for any questions. Corey always made sure documents, and any paperwork were completed, and signed on time. Corey's product knowledge, and positive attitude made our relocation less stressful than I anticipated it would be.

  We started off with another mortgage lender for pre-approval. The realtor sent him our way, within five minutes of talking with him and seeing him work , we knew we wanted to work with him for our loan. This continued throughout the whole loan process. He was able to get us the loan approved, with being self employed, and closed within the 30 days of the offer. For anyone who wants a good person to be on there side while trying to get a loan, then call Corey to start the process.
